INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE POWER CREW
SUNDAY, NOV 10 from 9:45am - approx. 2pm
PACK a nice outfit that you would like to be photographed in.
WEAR something comfortable for the makeover that you can easily remove without upsetting your new hair and/or makeup. (like a button-down shirt)
Easy parking right outside of the Salon.

Registration

Your first stop will be the registration table. Our volunteers will get you checked in, ask any last-minute questions and assign your group.
- Get nametag, t-shirt and Swag Bag
- Sign Release Form
- Group assignment & schedule
- Have a light breakfast

Meet & Greet

This is a very important part of the day. So many of us have been isolated in our disease. We haven't talked to anyone about our experience other than close family or friends.
- Meet the BTCF and Clique Salon Teams. Share your story briefly, meet other attendees.
- After, we will release everyone to their first stations.

Meet with the Pros

Let the fun begin!
You may start in hair, in the makeup chair, or with another professional. Depending on the two services you've chosen ahead of time, your group leader will guide you to other services offered by Clique Salon & Med Spa.
There is a fun, high-energy atmosphere. You may have a few minutes to sit and breathe before your next "assignment", or you may be ushered from one thing to the next in quick succession.

Lunch

Lunch will be served. Step up whenever you have a few minutes. Rest assured we will accommodate your dietary needs if we know ahead of time.
Water will be available throughout the day.
As you're ready:
Photography
Finish around 2pm or earlier
Raffle prizes given out at the end of the event.

How long has it been since you had a professional portrait taken? A head shot for work, or a family photo may not have been in the cards after your treatment left you feeling disconnected from the person you used to be.
Today, we want you to look in the mirror and see your beauty and strength. Then, we are going to capture that feeling with photographs.
Photographs will happen when you are ready and changed into your outfit. Please bring something you'd like to be photographed in.
We like to take a group photo at the end of the event. Please stay for this.
