Calling all cancer survivors and caregivers!
One day with the Power Crew makes such a difference in the lives of cancer survivors, caregivers and volunteers.
Don't take our word for it, read on!

The Power Crew Steps in after treatments when you're struggling with getting back to "real life".
Treatments are completed, you're getting stronger. Now it's time to go back to work, pick the kids up from school, pay the bills, cook dinner and so much more.
You're wondering what to expect when you step back into the office. Support? Resentment? Guilt? All of the above?
Trying to keep up with life leaves you in the dust.
Let's not forget our caregivers. They've been burning the candle at both ends and they need some pampering too.
Let the Power Crew give you a hair cut & style, a makeover and professional photographs of the new you.
In the Words of a Survivor
Lynn from Atlanta, GA wrote to us:
“Cancer is a thief that attempted to steal my life, my dreams, my dignity, time, self-esteem and joy. The process left me feeling like I had lost a great deal of the person I was accustomed to seeing in the mirror each day, and that was more devastating than I ever expected.
Even before arriving at the Big C New Me Power Crew event, I was struck by the positive, uplifting tone of emails and instructions. Amy had walked where I was walking and seemed to understand that sometimes the most difficult part of that journey is the road back to finding joy.
The event was positive, fun, and allowed me to meet, laugh and cry with my sisters who have had the same feelings I have had. This event allowed me to forget all the ‘bad stuff’ for a day and just be pampered and valued.”
Both Lynn and her Mom are survivors. This was the photograph they had taken during their Power Crew in Atlanta GA.

I hated what I saw in the mirror. I kept waiting for the old me to stare back, but it never happened. I thought others might be feeling the same way, so Big C New Me was born.
