5:30 PM
- Doors open for the Lobby party! Enter the lobby for a champagne reception and crudité.
- Staff will be on hand to assst you in setting up your Silent Auction account.
- View and bid on our Silent Auction items on your way to the venue doors.
VIP TICKET HOLDERS
5:15 PM
- Doors open for VIP ticket holders.
- Make your way to the elevator and up to the 10th floor
5:30 - 6:00 PM
- VIP "New Orleans" themed event starts hosted by Chef Gason Nelson
6:00
- Venue doors and bar opens!
- Navigate your way to the elevator and up to the 10th floor.
- Have your photo taken at the banner! (Official digital photos and video will be shared with attendees).
- Enjoy hors d'oeuvres near the bar until the tasting stations open.
- It's mingle time! Don't forget to step onto the covered heated patio to experience that view!
6:15
- Short presentation by the BTCF/ Big C New Me team.
- Surprise contest will be announced, then more mingling.
6:30
- Chefs begin serving at their food stations. Step on up and try something new from these fabulous chefs!
- Have fun mingling

- Silent Auction last call.

- Silent Auction closes.
- Event starts to come to a close as last call is heralded.
